Mix to taste:
- chopped mango (hard to find a good one in Boston)
- chopped fresh cilantro
- pickled jalapeƱo
- chopped red onion
- olive oil (just a little)
- lime juice (careful not to overdo)
- sugar (if you put in too much lime juice)
